Registration Fee: To assist in covering costs for the 2015 Leadership Summit, a registration fee of $99.00 per person will be assessed during the registration process. The CPC Budget will also contribute $50.00 per person or $10,000 for this event. If there is an overage due to sponsorship or cost savings a refund will be applied within 30 days of the conclusion of the event. Room Rate/Billing: Standard Rate is $149.00 + Tax Bayview Room Rate is $169.00 + Tax. Each attendee will be responsible for his or her room, tax, incidental charges. Payment will be accepted in the form of a major credit card or cash at the hotel.
