Felecia is a 29-year veteran of The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey who has worked in a variety of roles within the agency (Executive Director’s Office, Law Department, and Office of the Inspector General). For 14 years, she worked in the Human Resources Department as Manager of the Office of Equal Opportunity and then Manager of the Employment Services Division.

In June of 2008, she expanded her career path and joined the Aviation Department for her first facility assignment as the Supervisor of Landside Operations and Customer Service for Newark Liberty International Airport.
