Speaker: Joanne McNellis-Coelho, Senior Manager, Global Travel, Wyndham Worldwide and Chair of the GBTA’s North American Sustainability Committee

Recent studies have shown that Sustainability is a growing focus of many companies’ Corporate and Social Responsibility programs. The objective of this session is to introduce the topic of Sustainability to buyers and suppliers who are members of local GBTA chapters. The session highlights the four pillars in building a Sustainable Travel Program; strategy, best practices, communication, and measurement and reporting. The session is also designed to demonstrate how travel managers can bring additional value to their role within their own organizations.
